1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to MockSeries ("MockSeries", "we", "our" or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MockSeries website, mobile applications (if any), mock tests, subscriptions, educational resources and all related services offered by MockSeries.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account, logging in using Email, Google Sign-In or any other supported authentication method, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using any part of the MockSeries platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies published on MockSeries. Those documents form an integral part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms or any future modifications, you must immediately discontinue using MockSeries.

Your continued use of MockSeries after any modification of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. AI-Assisted Educational Platform Disclaimer

MockSeries is an AI-assisted educational platform developed to help students prepare for competitive examinations. Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies are used to generate or assist in generating educational content available on the platform.

2.1 AI Generated Educational Material

Educational material available on MockSeries may include AI-generated or AI-assisted:

• Mock test questions.
• Answer options.
• Correct answers.
• Detailed explanations.
• Current affairs questions.
• Practice exercises.
• Study notes and summaries.
• Educational recommendations.

2.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

Although MockSeries makes reasonable efforts to review and improve educational material, AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies, omissions, ambiguities, outdated information or typographical errors.

Accordingly, MockSeries does not guarantee that every question, answer, explanation or educational resource available on the platform is complete, accurate, current or suitable for every examination.

2.3 Independent Verification

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying important information from official notifications, examination authorities, government publications and other reliable sources before relying upon any content available on MockSeries.

2.4 Educational Purpose

MockSeries is intended solely as a supplementary educational and self-assessment platform. It should not be regarded as an official source of examination information or your sole source of preparation.

3. Use of the Platform

MockSeries grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for lawful educational and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use MockSeries to prepare for competitive examinations, attempt mock tests, review explanations, analyse your performance and access educational resources made available through your active subscription.

3.2 User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Use MockSeries only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws while using the platform.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of MockSeries.

3.3 No Guarantee of Examination Success

MockSeries does not guarantee success in any competitive examination, interview, recruitment process or academic assessment.

Your examination performance depends upon numerous factors including your own preparation, revision, understanding of concepts, examination conditions, health, effort and performance during the actual examination.

Accordingly, MockSeries shall not be responsible for any examination result, rank, employment opportunity, admission decision or other outcome arising from your use of the platform.

3.4 User Acknowledgement

By using MockSeries, you acknowledge that all educational decisions, preparation strategies and reliance upon platform content are made voluntarily by you. You remain solely responsible for evaluating and using the educational material available on MockSeries.

4. User Accounts

Certain features of MockSeries require you to create a registered user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities performed through your account.

4.1 Registration

You may register using one of the authentication methods supported by MockSeries, including Email & Password or Google Sign-In. Additional authentication methods may be introduced in the future.

4.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and to update your information whenever necessary.

Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Preventing unauthorized access to your account.
• All activities performed using your account.
• Immediately notifying MockSeries if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4.4 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one primary MockSeries account unless expressly authorized by MockSeries.

Creating multiple accounts to bypass subscriptions, promotional offers, device limits or other platform restrictions is strictly prohibited.

5. Subscriptions

MockSeries offers paid subscription plans that provide access to premium educational content, mock tests and other platform features.

5.1 Personal Subscription

Every subscription purchased on MockSeries is issued exclusively to the registered user who purchased it.

Subscriptions are personal, non-transferable and may not be shared, sold, rented, assigned or otherwise made available to another individual.

5.2 Subscription Period

Premium access remains available only during the active subscription period.

After expiry, access to premium content may be suspended until the subscription is renewed.

5.3 Pricing

Subscription prices, available plans, promotional offers and platform features may be modified by MockSeries at any time.

Changes will not affect subscriptions that have already been successfully purchased unless required by applicable law.

5.4 Subscription Misuse

MockSeries reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions that are used in violation of these Terms, including credential sharing, commercial use or attempts to bypass platform security measures.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, shall be governed exclusively by the MockSeries Refund Policy published on the website.

6. Device Registration & Account Sharing Policy

To protect paid subscriptions and maintain the integrity of the MockSeries platform, access to user accounts is protected through device registration and session management.

6.1 Maximum Registered Devices

Each MockSeries account may register a maximum of three (3) devices.

Once this limit has been reached, additional devices cannot be registered unless an existing registered device is removed by MockSeries after appropriate verification.

6.2 Single Active Session

Only one active login session is permitted at any given time.

Logging in from another registered device may automatically terminate the previous active session.

6.3 Account Sharing

Your MockSeries account and subscription are intended solely for your personal educational use.

You must not:

• Share your login credentials.
• Permit another individual to use your account.
• Sell or transfer your subscription.
• Attempt to bypass device registration limits.
• Use another person's account without authorization.

6.4 Security Monitoring

To protect user accounts and enforce these Terms, MockSeries may maintain records relating to registered devices, browser information, operating system, IP address, login timestamps and other security-related information.

Such information is used exclusively for security, fraud prevention, technical support and enforcement of these Terms.

6.5 Enforcement

If MockSeries reasonably believes that an account has been shared, misused or accessed in violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend access.
• Require identity verification.
• Remove one or more registered devices.
• Force logout all active sessions.
• Permanently terminate the account in cases of repeated or serious violations.

7. Educational Content & AI Disclaimer

MockSeries is an educational technology platform designed to assist candidates preparing for competitive examinations by providing mock tests, practice questions, previous year questions, current affairs, explanations, performance analysis and other educational resources.

7.1 AI-Assisted Educational Content

MockSeries uses Artificial Intelligence ("AI") to generate or assist in generating various educational materials available on the platform. AI may be used in preparing, reviewing or improving:

• Mock test questions.
• Answer options.
• Correct answers.
• Detailed explanations.
• Current affairs questions.
• Study notes.
• Practice exercises.
• Learning recommendations.
• Educational summaries.

7.2 Nature of AI Content

Artificial Intelligence is an evolving technology. Although MockSeries makes reasonable efforts to review and improve educational content before or after publication, AI-generated or AI-assisted material may occasionally contain inaccuracies, ambiguities, omissions, outdated information, typographical errors or content that may not perfectly reflect the latest examination pattern.

Educational content may be updated, modified or removed at any time without prior notice in order to improve accuracy, clarity or quality.

7.3 No Warranty Regarding Educational Content

MockSeries does not represent or warrant that every question, answer, explanation, article, current affairs update, mock test or other educational material available on the platform is complete, accurate, error-free, current or suitable for every examination.

Educational content is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

7.4 User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for independently verifying important educational information using official notifications, examination authorities, government publications and other reliable sources before relying upon any content available on MockSeries.

MockSeries should be used only as a supplementary learning and self-assessment platform. It is not intended to replace official study materials, government notifications or authoritative educational resources.

7.5 No Guarantee of Examination Success

Use of MockSeries, whether through a free account or paid subscription, does not guarantee:

• Selection in any competitive examination.
• Higher examination scores.
• Improved ranking.
• Employment or recruitment.
• Admission to any institution.
• Success in interviews or skill assessments.

Examination success depends upon numerous factors including, but not limited to, the user's preparation, consistency, understanding of concepts, revision, examination conditions and overall performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MockSeries, its owner, administrators, employees, contractors, licensors, affiliates, service providers and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your access to or use of the MockSeries platform.

8.1 Educational Outcomes

MockSeries provides educational resources solely for learning and practice purposes. We do not guarantee any particular academic or professional outcome.

Accordingly, MockSeries shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Failure to qualify any competitive examination.
• Lower examination scores or rankings.
• Failure in interviews, skill tests or recruitment processes.
• Employment-related decisions made by any organization.
• Admission decisions made by educational institutions.
• Loss of academic or professional opportunities.
• Decisions taken by users based upon educational content available on MockSeries.

8.2 AI Generated Educational Content

You acknowledge that educational material available on MockSeries may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence.

Artificial Intelligence may occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or outdated information. By using MockSeries, you acknowledge and agree that any reliance placed upon AI-generated or AI-assisted content is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

8.3 Platform Availability

Although MockSeries strives to maintain uninterrupted availability of its services, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, software updates, server failures, cloud infrastructure issues, internet outages, cyber security incidents, payment gateway interruptions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.4 User Responsibility

8.5 Third-Party Services

MockSeries may rely upon third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, AI services and other technical infrastructure.

MockSeries shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, errors or losses arising solely from the failure or unavailability of third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

8.6 Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of MockSeries arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, shall not exceed the total subscription fees actually paid by you to MockSeries during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MockSeries, its owner, affiliates, administrators, employees, contractors, licensors, service providers, representatives and successors from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, judgments, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and litigation expenses) arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of the MockSeries platform.
• Your breach or alleged breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Your violation of any applicable law, rule or regulation.
• Your infringement of any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights of any person or entity.
• Your misuse of your account, subscription or platform services.
• Your sharing, sale or unauthorized transfer of account credentials.
• Your unauthorized distribution, copying or commercial use of MockSeries content.
• Any content, information or material submitted or transmitted by you through the platform.
• Your negligent, fraudulent, unlawful or intentional misconduct.

9.1 Duty to Cooperate

If MockSeries assumes the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, you agree to cooperate fully, provide all reasonably requested information and assist in the defence of such matter.

9.2 Right to Assume Defence

MockSeries reserves the right, at its own discretion and expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. Your indemnification obligations shall continue regardless of whether MockSeries assumes such defence.

9.3 Continuing Obligation

Your obligations under this section shall survive the suspension, termination or expiration of your account or subscription and shall continue until all applicable claims, proceedings and liabilities have been finally resolved.

9.4 Limitation

Nothing in this section shall require you to indemnify MockSeries for losses arising solely from MockSeries' own wilful misconduct or fraud where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MockSeries and its licensors own all intellectual property rights, title and interest in and to the MockSeries platform and its contents, including but not limited to its software, source code, databases, user interface, website design, logos, trademarks, branding, mock tests, questions, answer options, explanations, study material, current affairs, graphics, images, audio, videos and all other educational resources made available through the platform.

10.1 AI Generated Educational Content

Questions, answers, explanations, summaries, current affairs and other educational material available on MockSeries may be generated or assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI). Such AI-assisted content, together with any human review, editing or enhancement performed by MockSeries, forms part of the intellectual property of MockSeries or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms & Conditions and any applicable subscription requirements, MockSeries grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

This licence does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

10.3 Restrictions

Except as expressly permitted by MockSeries in writing, you shall not:

• Copy, reproduce or duplicate platform content.
• Download or systematically collect questions, explanations or study material.
• Publish MockSeries content on websites, applications, blogs, Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, social media platforms or any other medium.
• Sell, licence, rent, lease, distribute or commercially exploit any MockSeries content.
• Create derivative works based upon MockSeries educational material.
• Remove or modify copyright notices or proprietary markings.
• Translate, modify or republish substantial portions of platform content without prior written permission.

10.4 Automated Collection Prohibited

You must not use any automated technology or software to collect, copy, monitor or extract data from MockSeries, including but not limited to:

• Web scraping tools.
• Bots or crawlers.
• Selenium, Puppeteer, Playwright or similar browser automation tools.
• Artificial Intelligence training systems.
• Data mining software.
• Automated download managers.
• Scripts designed to copy or reproduce platform content.

10.5 Feedback

If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas, comments, feature requests or other feedback regarding MockSeries, you grant MockSeries a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, modify, publish and incorporate such feedback into the platform without compensation or acknowledgement.

10.6 Enforcement

MockSeries actively monitors misuse of its intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, commercial use, automated extraction or infringement of MockSeries content may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may lead to civil or criminal legal proceedings where permitted by applicable law.

11. Prohibited Activities

To maintain the integrity, security and fairness of the MockSeries platform, you agree not to engage in any activity that violates these Terms & Conditions, applicable laws or the rights of MockSeries or other users.

11.1 Account Misuse

You shall not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Allow another individual to access your subscription.
• Sell, rent, transfer or sublicense your account.
• Create multiple accounts to bypass subscription or platform restrictions.
• Use another person's account without authorization.
• Impersonate any individual or organization.

11.2 Device & Session Restrictions

You shall not attempt to:

• Bypass the maximum registered device limit.
• Circumvent single active session restrictions.
• Modify or manipulate device identification mechanisms.
• Use software intended to hide or disguise device identity for the purpose of avoiding platform restrictions.

11.3 Platform Abuse

You shall not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server or database.
• Probe, scan or test the security or vulnerability of the platform without written authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt platform operations.
• Upload malware, viruses, ransomware or malicious code.
• Perform denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks.
• Attempt to interfere with authentication or session management systems.

11.4 Automated Access

Without prior written permission from MockSeries, you shall not use:

• Bots or automated scripts.
• Web crawlers or spiders.
• Selenium.
• Puppeteer.
• Playwright.
• Artificial Intelligence agents or automated browsing systems.
• API automation tools.
• Download managers intended to collect platform content.

11.5 Commercial Misuse

You shall not:

• Sell MockSeries questions or explanations.
• Publish MockSeries content on websites or mobile applications.
• Share paid content through Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Facebook, YouTube or similar platforms.
• Use MockSeries content for commercial coaching or training without prior written permission.
• Train Artificial Intelligence models using MockSeries content.

11.6 Fraudulent Activities

You shall not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive or dishonest activity, including but not limited to:

• Providing false identity information.
• Using stolen payment methods.
• Attempting to obtain unauthorized refunds.
• Manipulating subscriptions or promotional offers.
• Knowingly exploiting software bugs or security vulnerabilities.

11.7 Reservation of Rights

If MockSeries reasonably believes that a user has violated these Terms, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prejudice to any other legal rights or remedies, to:

• Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
• Force logout all active sessions.
• Remove registered devices.
• Restrict access to certain features.
• Block IP addresses, devices or other technical identifiers where reasonably necessary for security purposes.
• Cancel subscriptions obtained through fraud or misuse.
• Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities where required or permitted by law.
• Initiate appropriate legal proceedings to protect our rights and the integrity of the platform.

12. Suspension & Termination

MockSeries reserves the right to suspend, restrict, disable or permanently terminate your account, subscription or access to the platform whenever we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to protect the security, integrity, lawful operation or legitimate interests of MockSeries, its users or third parties.

12.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Without limiting any other rights available to MockSeries, we may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions or any other published MockSeries policy.
• Share your account credentials or subscription with another person.
• Attempt to bypass device registration limits or session restrictions.
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent registration information.
• Engage in scraping, automated access or unauthorized copying of platform content.
• Use stolen, fraudulent or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or harmful conduct.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of MockSeries or any third party.
• Use the platform in any manner that may adversely affect other users or the operation of MockSeries.

12.2 Temporary Suspension

Where appropriate, MockSeries may temporarily suspend your account while investigating suspected misuse, security concerns or violations of these Terms.

During the suspension period, access to all or part of the platform may be restricted without prior notice.

12.3 Permanent Termination

MockSeries may permanently terminate your account for serious, repeated or intentional violations of these Terms & Conditions.

Permanent termination may result in loss of access to your account, subscription, saved progress, performance history and any other associated platform features, subject to applicable law.

12.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension:

• Your licence to use MockSeries immediately ceases.
• Your access to premium features may be revoked.
• Your registered devices may be removed from the platform.
• All active sessions may be forcibly logged out.
• Future registrations may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the platform.

12.5 Refunds Following Termination

Termination or suspension resulting from your breach of these Terms shall not entitle you to any refund, credit or compensation except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under the MockSeries Refund Policy.

12.6 Voluntary Account Closure

You may discontinue using MockSeries at any time. You may also request deletion of your account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Closure or deletion of an account does not affect obligations or liabilities that, by their nature, survive termination, including intellectual property rights, indemnification obligations and limitations of liability.

13. Force Majeure

MockSeries shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption or inability to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control ("Force Majeure Event").

Force Majeure Events include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters including floods, earthquakes, cyclones, storms or fires.
• Acts of God.
• War, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots or public disorder.
• Pandemics, epidemics or public health emergencies.
• Government actions, judicial orders or regulatory restrictions.
• Power failures or widespread internet outages.
• Cloud infrastructure failures, hosting outages or data centre failures.
• Payment gateway interruptions or banking network failures.
• Cyber attacks including Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS), ransomware, hacking attempts or other malicious activities.
• Critical hardware failures or software failures.
• Labour disputes, strikes or lockouts.
• Failure or interruption of third-party services upon which MockSeries reasonably relies.

13.1 Suspension of Obligations

During a Force Majeure Event, MockSeries may temporarily suspend, delay or modify any part of its services without incurring liability for such interruption.

13.2 Restoration of Services

MockSeries will make commercially reasonable efforts to restore affected services as soon as reasonably practicable after the Force Majeure Event has ceased or its effects have been mitigated.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, your use of the MockSeries platform and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

14.1 Exclusive Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable law, you agree that the courts located at Darbhanga, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any dispute, claim, proceeding or legal action arising out of or relating to:

• Your access to or use of MockSeries.
• Your subscription.
• These Terms & Conditions.
• Any transaction carried out through the platform.
• Any alleged breach of these Terms.

14.2 Compliance with Applicable Laws

MockSeries intends to operate in accordance with applicable laws of India, including those relating to information technology, electronic commerce, consumer protection and data protection, as amended from time to time.

Nothing contained in these Terms shall exclude or limit any statutory rights available to users under mandatory provisions of applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

14.3 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact MockSeries and make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute amicably. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary.

15. Entire Agreement & Severability

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and MockSeries regarding your access to and use of the platform.

These Terms supersede all previous discussions, negotiations, understandings, communications, representations or agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the same subject matter.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court or other competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent permitted by law or, where necessary, deemed severed from these Terms.

Such determination shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 No Waiver

Failure or delay by MockSeries to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

16. Survival

Any provision of these Terms & Conditions which by its nature is intended to survive suspension, termination or expiration of your account or subscription shall remain in full force and effect after such suspension, termination or expiration.

Without limitation, the following provisions shall survive:

• Educational Content & AI Disclaimer.
• Limitation of Liability.
• Indemnification.
• Payment obligations accrued before termination.
• Privacy obligations.
• Entire Agreement & Severability.
• Governing Law & Jurisdiction.
• Any other provision intended to survive by its nature.

Termination or suspension of your account shall not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities that accrued prior to such termination or that are intended to continue afterwards.
