3. Refund Policy

Since MockSeries provides digital subscriptions and online educational content, no refund will normally be provided after a successful purchase and activation of the subscription.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway or technical issue, the duplicate payment will be refunded after verification.

5. Payment Failure or Technical Issues

If your payment is successfully completed but your subscription is not activated because of a verified technical issue, please contact our support team with the relevant transaction details.

After verification, MockSeries will either activate the purchased subscription or, where activation is not possible, process a refund for the affected transaction.

6. Refund Processing
